problem with dns??

hello

i think i have a dns problem

for example... i have a server...rapidspeed...if i try to connect to my site

www.fileservedownload.net

this not connect....
i had must collegate my ip to the domain


now i see alexa

and i see that i lose position (my site grow up) and i see there isnt traffic archive and stats for the site...(from 2-3 days)

can i do somethings?

The site seems to be loading fine for me and every thing looks alright

rapidspeeds serve not resolve this ip...

but i see alexa has change and not show grapichs with site >100k

then all it's fine...

the doubt is why alexa rank in the ultime 2 day go up...
