Didnt quite like the domain, specially the .info part.

Get yourself a nice logo and a favicon.

Its too soon for the filesonic banner to be up there as your site is new and moreover it makes your current logo look even worse.

I personally dont like the top posters and the recent posts thingy at the top, move it elsewhere or remove it.

Just one topic at the Announcement forum? Update it.

Your introduction forum is full of spam, sad to see that you fail to moderate the forum at such an early stage, its gonna be much harder in the coming days, if you attract more members ie.

My observations:

1. Just like the others: wares is a little bit odd. having "Z" should recognize that it's a download site/forum.
2. .info for a domain and it's a forum?
3. Use a darker font color on the Section/Category since you have a light background. Orange is too bright (at least for me)
4. Get a logo and a favicon.
