I just got myself a dedicated server, and uploaded all of my site's files to it using one of the IPs. mydomain.com is temporarily pointing to my shared hosting nameservers for a maintenance page. The thing is every time I access the IP where I uploaded the site's files, it automatically redirects to mydomain.com. How is it possible that it can redirect to mydomain.com without updating the nameservers? What are the possible reasons the a site redirects? Rating: 5
