Nulled theme, msg from the owner

yes...i contacted him and told him that ill remove it by friday and he responded with:

You've breached my copyright by illegally downloading and installing the skin. I will be contacting your hosting providor if the skin is still installed after 24 hours.

Consider this the end of contact between the two of us. From herein, I consider this a legal matter and I will do whatever is necessary to remove my product from your site.

What's the problem with deleting the nulled theme? handle the issue as a DMCA notice.

Simply remove the theme and contact him confirming that you took a proper action.

Why would you get yourself into more troubles by keeping the theme, trying to hide your hosting provider!?

cause i have made many edits to that theme and i cant go over again.....

Hate to point out the obvious but how much is it? If it's cheap just buy the fucking thing and let the problem be finished. Considering your getting a custom theme made it sounds strange your paying for one but refuse to pay for another.

i not giving a penny to that d*ck...i only asked him to keep the skin for 2-3 more days till i get the custom one, and he went crazy...and the funny thing is that i have like 10-15 visitors per day...

If you want to keep the theme, you can just move your hosting to someone that doesn't mind nulled themes.

What, you have a right to use his work when you haven't paid? The guy created the theme. It's not like he's a big evil corporation. Just someone trying to get ahead by making a few bucks.

Either pay for the license or remove it IMO.

if it was your theme, you wouldn't want someone to use it free would you?

he has spent his time to made that skin, and all the knowledge to create that skin didn't just fall from the blue sky.

and you modified it? how? by removign his copyright?
do the right thing and remove that theme, and if you have new theme coming, i dont see what is the problem having default forum skin for few days when you have only 10-15 visitors per day as you've said yourself
