Problems while installing phpBB3.

Today i installed phpBB3 in my Host , i Uploaded it and all ok. but when i go to

www.myhost.com/phpBB3/

it shows me this error.

common.php file is missing. check your include folder.

if have just uploaded all phpbb3 content to the folder you need to install it by going to:

www.myhost.com/phpBB3/install

or follow these:
These are the steps to installing phpBB3

STEP 1
1. Create the database. - write the db name down
2. create an user and set the permissions usually ALL - write u/nsme down
3. add the user to the database

STEP 2
1. upload all the files to your server
2. make sure that the config.php === 777 chmod - permissions so that phpBB can write to it
3 browse to the following

www.myhost.com/phpBB3/install

and follow the steps

4. after installation remove the install folder.
