ipconfig /flushdns or add the sites IP DOMAIN to your hosts file as a way of cheating

nope it's not the host ..

if it loads everywhere +proxies then it's just you ..

try using googledns or opendns for a change and maybe you'll be fine

Im on google DNS and i already tried flushdns along with putting the ip in host file

hmm then mate ... nothing can be done .. you can just try contacting your ISP people .. if not just what i said before ...

Actually that could be vise versa, its more than likely your ISP blocked Motionites ranges
