www.filejungle.com is down and wupload uploading also down , i think filejungle and wupload same owner and wupload will close any body have same problem tell us

I really doubt that . It`s possible to be connected at some point to one of the other filehosts , but to FJ . They are banning each other . Try to remote from WU to FJ

Fileserve, FileJungle and Uploadstation are all located in Choopa (DC), i guess its some hardware failure.
