My site is back online, but I still cannot access cpanel, as when I try it redirects me to https://sapphiron.boxslots.com:2083/ which is offline hope that they fix this issue soon

It redirects there coz the hostname you've put as sapphiron.boxslots.com.
change the hostname?

If you want to know the current hostname, SSH this --> $ hostname

or there's an other way to access cpanel, https://SERVERIP:2083/

still if it doesn't work, there's one more way

Login to WHM ( https://SERVERIP:2087/ ) > Account Information > List Accounts > choose the domain you wish to access Cpanel (Click on the Cpanel ICON)

As mentioned earlier downtime was due to a mass issue with the domain registrar which was out of our control although i wish it wasn't we will be taking actions to prevent such issues in the future.
