Colocation on private 1gb line

I am looking for people from Europe (NL,Romania, etc) with high speed fiber links in home or office (1Gbit lines ) to co-locate a server there. remember i don't need hosting companies etc, only private home or office lines.

My friends company has a small DC with 1gbit shardline in it. - what is the usage of this gbit line? or do I not want to know cause it's what i think it is. Location = UK

Nobody in NL or Romania owns a private line with 1GBps upload.
I got 30 mbit upload in Spain, but it would cost your 250 EUR/month.
Unlimited bandwidth, but you can't host anything illegal on it.
