Hello I Am Facing This Problem Everyday I Resolve It By Empty The Strikes.php From PhpMyAdmin Already Tried By Repairing Tbales But Still Problem Remain Same Any Solution Cookies Path Is Also Ok....

Admin CP -> vBulletin Options -> General Settings -> Use Login "Strikes" System -> No

Clear ya cache, Reset password > IF fail.

Make new user, edit config grant them admins rights and sort it out lol.

Oh, okay. Upload tools.php from your "do_not_upload folder.
Run the file and clear your cookies.
