    1.) How can I resize the area of the thread icon? (the area of the blue envelop icon)

    2.) I also want to delete the column of the smiley..

    it is because of the image which u in announcement row which is not showing because of wrong image path.. go to admincp> styles> forumdisplay template and change correct path of tht image..
