1) Free web hosting is tragic.
Buy yourself a real shared server.

2) What is your favicon?
Get a new one!

3) Chat box is too big.
Make it smaller and narrower.

4) logo / banner is too big.
Make it better, smaller and find a better location.

5) The colors are terrible. The entire skin is bad.
Buy or download a new skin. Better colors, colors that are good for the eyes.

6) You have a lot of dead sections.

I can not say one single reason why a person will sign on to your website. You have nothing to offer.

Sorry to say that but I must agree with MrSandvik in 100%, and cracked acc's are nothing more then SPAM ....

You'll be better of sticking to the default vBulletin style before installing a new one, don't install and modifications, only add a different logo than the vBulletin logo.

Use vBulletin for a few months, then start adding features. Quite frankly, your site looks very unappealing right now. Look at other successful vBulletin forums and compare yours to theirs.

Get shared hosting on knownsrv
get nulled vb 3.8.7 install that and get a new skin from vbteam.
pay someone $5 for a logo and make forums and get some plugins etc
and your done. If you want help pm me.
