[Help] recaptcha Before Posting [IPB 3.1.4]

I was wondering if in IPB exist such a mod like the one here in KWWH, which appears on the top of the page, before posting, I mean like this image:



I need to do something like that in my warez forums.
Can someone give me a guide to implement this or a link to a Mod ?

There isnt any mod like this for IPB on the official IPS forum what I could see but I found one thing that might be interesting as it work in a similar way...
