Because I see Selling/Buying Websites all the time.
It'd be really organized in a different section.

Hey everyone we had a staff discussion and we decided now the forum is very messy and unclear, so we came up with more organized setup and structure which makes way more logic and also way more tidy and optimised for our needs. This is the first version, we will probably move staff around here and there but this is the main sketch.
