It's your call but like many have said it's easier for you to delete it than have them keep coming back and then contacting your ISP because you haven't removed it, if you want to make things hard for yourself then leave the post up.

I've had many of them before, ignore it... it's just a notification. Google wont deindex your website just for one claim because the copyright holder can't claim to own all your websites content... can they?

time ago google delete a whole subforum of my site .... just open another subforum id and moved all the content there
