You have access to DirectAdmin Control Panel, it has a file manager so you can place files in a webdir and make it available for download to the public, you also get access to SSH which gives you a lot of power ( it's not jailed ).
Rar/Unrar/Zip/Unzip is enabled of course !
As far as everything is concerned and being able to do via SSH - You can do it

You didnt answer my question, or at least i didnt understand because i have no idea what those SSH etc mean, i only want to know if we cna down and up to filesonic/fileserve and wupload

If you don't know what SSH is you probably won't be able.
These are seedboxes mainly for torrents, however if one possesses enough knowledge and skill he would be able to take advantage of the power of SSH and upload/download from file sharing sites.
Otherwise, he needs either to learn or find someone who knows how and team-up

what torrent client are you using? Rutorrent or Utorrent

Right now our servers have torrentlux-b4rt, however our next servers will be a mix of that and rtorrent+rutorrent, clients will be able to pick and old clients will be able to switch to the new ones free of charge

Hello,

You are getting SSH access to your account on the server.
However it is NOT Jailed - you can execute any commands like wget, rar, zip, midnight commander, sFTP is enabled.
It's basicly same as root, the only difference is you can't modify and do anything with files outside of your folder i.e /home/username.
