Their rates are very cheap...and their cheapest vps costs the same as my namecheap host on their value plan for 1 year...

so it does sound very fishy like StyXoN said...when it is at cheap prices...it brings up many questions

This is semi-dedi shared hosting ! So you can use more memory and run more processes then on normal shared hosting

You dont get whole server just for your use !
