Hey, can someone recommend me a cheap dedi.

I will use it for seeding, leeching and uploading.

max price: 40usd (i know this is not much but i've seen also cheap dedis with that price)
disk: 750gb minimum, more would be nice
ram: min 2gb
cpu: min 2ghz
payment method: alertpay

You need to increase your budget if you want to get something good.With that price you can get only problems.
