Lokiloki said he did shut down TPF because they want to move out of warez.

I did see a topic there a few weeks ago saying they were closing but didn't think they would do it.

In my opinion he should have sold it or given it away, simply because he had daily visitors and I feel sorry for them since he did shut down the website :/

If I ain't wrong "lokiloki" owns it, he used to be a staff on KatzForums, here (not sure) and in el_jentel1 warez board back in 2007-2008. If he really owns it and someone get interested to buy the site why not contact him?

Lokiloki is a very old friend of mine whom I've seen operate a few sites.

His intent online was not to profit, but to rather seek enjoyment. Great guy, have nothing but the utmost respect for him.

TPF was his baby, so I can understand fully why he didn't want to sell the site nor give it away.
