Warning: Cannot modify header information - VB Error

Hi I am running a VB forum. After changing my server I am getting this error

"Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at [path]/includes/config.php:1) in [path]/includes/functions.php on line 3990"

Please help me solve this problem.

My old server control panel was kloxo and now I am running cPanel.
