- No, we are not. We own our own rack in LeaseWeb datacenter with 2xQuad Core processor, 8GBs of RAM and plenty of storage space (4x1TB HDs).

* How long will it take for you to activate my account?
- After we receive yours first payment.

- Yes, we do allow adult content.

* What do I need to do get my money back if I decide to cancel my account?
- If you decide to cancel your account, you have to do it within 7 days of activation. Just submit a ticket about canceling your account and note that you want a refund.

* Do you offer SSH upon request on your shared packages?

*What is not allowed on THP?
- Warez hosting, game servers, outdated scripts (for security reasons), phishing and spam sites (zero tolerance), terroristic activities related sites (zero tolerance), linking to or hosting child pornography (zero tolerance) and overloading the server (you will be notified if somehow overload the server, don’t worry)

* Where and how can I get a custom package? Are there any extra fees?
- Just contact us thru MSN or use a Contact form on our site (click on Contact Us tab, and there you’ll find ways of contacting us). There are no extra fees for ordering a custom package; we’ll determine the price based on your needs.

* What about DMCA?
- We'll forward the notice to you, altho we reccomend you to do what they say.
