Yes, we are root on our servers with high security.

We have the latest versions of Softaculous (3.6 as of writing), PHP and more.

We will always limit our server account to 200 accounts that have cPanel, including WHM resellers.

Sorry, we do not allow warez or porn.

We do bank transfer but I'm not sure about wire. We use MoneyBookers for that.
