    Default PORTS (Apache and nginx) !!

    in all tutorials i see we have to change port apache from 80 to xxx if we need to run nginx with httpd so
    what if i change port of nginx from 80 to 8080 (for example) and leave port 80 for apache ...
    It will work properly ?

    in this case nginx won't act as reverse proxy. it will be useless

    Yes, you can have port 8080 for Nginx and 80 for Apache.
