    In case you didn't know, RapidSpeeds is a virtual company, i.e. they don't exist in real life, so I definitely wouldn't provide them any documents if I were you.

    P.S. They do have a UK registration number, but pretty much everyone can register a virtual company. Knowin Servers worked under the same cover as well.

    Don't make a dispute ... it won't help. Disputes are only accepted by Paypal for material goods, not for immaterial purchases.

    You can open a dispute, but when the seller escalates it, Paypal tells you it's for an immaterial purchases and sent you packing.
