Oh, sorry you said phpdump.. Must of meant bigdump..

Do you have ssh access? If so what you can do is upload your DB then import it using ssh.

If you don't no how to I can explain for you if you want.

BigDump is one of the best. You can also ask your host at any time to load the database up for you via SSH which can save you a lot of time.
