I don't think we are allowed to do such activities here and even if we were allowed to, $200 is not good enough for "coders with good reputation"

I thought hiring coders to create bots was still allowed.

Just 'uploading services' wasn't allowed anymore.
Correct me if I'm wrong.

Selling a bot =/= Coding a bot

When you open a sales thread, you are selling a product.
When you decide to code, you are selling a service.

By disallowing the sale of bots or uploading services, you stop the mass-spread of bots.
Whereas hiring a coder to code a bot, you aren't mass-spreading. You just deliver a single piece of code, once.

I understand this might seem nonsense, yet I do think there is a difference between mass-sale and individual coding.
