Illegal activities aren't supported by KWWHunction, and KWWHunction doesn't want to be directly involved in those activities, as a middle man. It's for your own good, in case someone think it is a good idea to ask for court order of those individuals, for their IPs...KWWHunction owners couldn't refuse that... And they don't want to look like snitches. Hope you got the point why there is such a rule.

But to be clear:
There is nothing wrong with this topic.
He didn't ask for an uploading service.

He just wanted a bot ( which could mean anything ).
As long as he doesn't explicitly say he wants to upload, he isn't jeopardizing KWWHunction?
