TV Tracker

The project:
A TV-show tracker. Not the torrent kind, but rather one that lists upcoming episodes and plain information. Very simple user interface, doesn't need heavy coding. No automated bots except for a countdown bot, user-registration etc. I will manually provide info to the server through my admin account. Make sure you know how to code user-registration and features!

The budget:
Since I don't know the exact extend of this project, I'd hire somebody on an hourly rate. Between $10 and $20USD an hour is what I've seen most devs do, so that's what I'm also going to go for.

Extra notes:
- The website has nothing written yet. I only have a design example in .png, but no codes whatsoever.
- The scripts need to be clean. By which, not a bundle of useless shit, but actually organised, so it's easy to find specific parts of it without spending the entire day on it.
- I'll be available to talk through e-mail all day, every day, but for IM, it's either IRC or MSN.
- You'll get the responsibility of uploading the scripts to my server, through SSH.
- You need to make sure the site looks and works fully through a number of popular web browsers, including Opera, Firefox, and even the lame Internet Explorer. The more it works with, the better.
- Payments through PayPal.

No codes have been written yet. I only have the design as an image, and need everything coded, including skin.
