Irritating Problem with vBShout Pro 5.4.8

My VBulletin Version 4.1.4 and i have installed latest version vBshout 5.4.8 retailed
i have really odd problem hope u will solve my problem

what ever i add.. Like Bold , similes ETC., it's keep on going down vertically

What i am doing wrong Guide me Guys . Thank you in Advance

Are those buttons ones that you have changed? Looks like it pushed the image too far to the right and caused a break.

No bro even i removed them it's same , it happening me from version 5.4.5 till now i couldn't figure it out

Have you tried moving those options to the top and see if the problem persists?

Same bro , i did reinstall , cleaned cache , updated style counters , repair cache none of them helped me
