He wants to know if there are a hosting with dominio but first He needs to know a page that accept to buy a web page without credit card and only with paypal or alertpay or webmoney before he withdraw the money in hotfile because depend of the web the payment method and if the webpage that sell the service say: I want the money from paypal and they withdraw the money to alertpay...?How can he pay the money with paypak if he has the money in alertpay?....
