Default Need Help- 100% CPU use when actually nothing's goin on(Pl have a look-Screenshot)!

My new VPS hosts public rapidleech and after an hour of server reboot the site stops loading. I left it like that for more than 10 hours now and no user is using the site, but still the cpu is at 100% usage and all this usage is from php-cgi process. I can't figure out why this is happening.

Experts, pl have a look at the screenshot below of the 'top' command @ FireSSH as root :

As , it can be seen that much CPU is eaten by php-cgi Only ...Means there is some Mis-configuration in Your PHP.
Try to Recompile your PHP according to your Needs
    2. As you are using this VPS for Public Leech , Stop all other Unwanted Applications. It will help you in Lowering your CPU Usage. For Ex. Spam Assassin ...Its a BIG CPU HOG

It's normal for RapidLeech. You shouldn't run a public RapidLeech on a VPS, your provider will most likely suspend you if they monitor the Nodes.
