all this makes it look like KWWHunction supports piracy and gives guidance and advices to newbies to pirate stuff. i dont think that's a good thing. even though filehosts are used by legitimate users to earn few bucks, its also abused by those who upload warez and they even brag about it here to attract more users into it. The use of KWWHunction for evidence in hotfile piracy case in court shows that the authorities have noticed it too and its a shame such a good place is used for making money illegally.

filehosts support threads are good but i suggest that discussions about uploading warez and the earnings threads should be removed.

Well everyone knows that fact KWWHunction is not a full length legal stuff form.

What i don't understand is, when the court orders Hotfile to give the names of their top 1000 earners, everyone goes WTF and scared shitless but they are more than happy to post their filesonic/fileserve/wupload earnings here. I mean, most of the guys here use name nick and email they use here on these filehost sites too so if one of the sites gets a lawsuit and they lose the case, it will be really easy for them to get the username of the top affliates because most of the uploaders shared it already here.

Also, i see all filehost sites have a "discussion" thread where the question most people ask is, "How do i earn money", "Can i upload porn" ? and users answering them. If one of these sites goes down, you gonna get your ass raped.
