CPU May not be be High but I need Unmetered Traffic... 100Mbps or 1Gbps.....

what location are you looking for? Netherlands ? and if possible the budget ?

50IPs for proxy use ?
I don't think you gonna get that much IPs without proper justification. In view of ARIN , RIPE etc spending IPs for proxy is just waste.
