To host a site in your house or wherever, you are going to require a line connection that is most likely not available to you. Getting a 1gbit line (up and down) is near impossible, let alone the costs involved of installation and yearly rental charges. You are of course, going to need waaaaay more than a 1gbit line.

To do something like that you would more or less need to setup a datacenter. To do that you're going to need a whole bunch of cash, a team, a viable business property....

In short, aint gonna happen.
