how to save single image from group of images in .PSD

hey guys,

I'm getting confused to make banners one by one with same info, so what I did is I've created a new big layer and created 12 banners(with different layers as group)

now I don't know how to save each banner as a new file, when I try to select the banner copy and paste it in new page, it shows white page but not the banner

First of all save the psd.
Then crop each banner. (if it's difficult, zoom in order to crop in the correct dismensions)
Each time, for each banner do the same.
