It's actually better than paypal, as it supports much more countries.

Safe, but you cannot trust them, exactly as you cannot trust PP. I won't go out of my way to tell you why they cannot be trusted. But like any payment processor, read their TOS very clearly.

they closed my account for no reason. Told me to view their tos where it says they can close my accountforno reason and charge me for anyfiling fees.

i had 100$+ in my account. i did NOTHING illegal as a matter of a fact its not even used for anyof my sites.
