Rapidshare is amazing for free users - unlimited downloads at full speed - where is the downside for the downloader?

With Rapidshare I have never been able to get faster than 85k most of the time I get 60k a sec
& when the max file size is 200mb or 300mb fools still treat is like it is only 100mb

RS is the fastest for me as a free user. I have crap internet most of the time and I do 600kb+/sec easy.
