Yes, I've terminated his account, and livechat was only for sales perpose, as I've closed the new orders, I'm no more available on livechat till we add more servers. Now we'll just work on tickets.

No more chances mate, as they've agreed to follow the terms and still abusing (there chance has over already), But I was still giving the chances everytime they abuse, I was giving chances to change, not to abuse again
