its simple job , i want someone to do an edit to my theme :

- i want to delete this show more posts thing , and make 10 posts per page instead of 5

You mean show older posts?
Also, all you do is edit the setting in your wp-admin for it to show 10 posts

woopsy , i rechecked its there .
now only i need to delete that show older posts thing .

why do you need msn to help him ?

You can either do this: http://your-url-here/wp-admin/options-reading.php
or
In wp-admin scroll right to the bottom and find this:



Just change the top one to however many posts you will like to be showing

As for the "Older Posts" writing.. Are you going to replace it with a pagnation or what ?

yea , page navi is already installed at the end of the page
so i just wanna remove it and put navi in its place

Ok, to do that i am sure you will need to edit some code in your php files.
On my site i done the same, installed pagenavi from scratch.
If you go to your php files and search for an element or something like this:

page-navi single clear-block

then all you have to do is put the pagenavi php code which would be <?php wp_pagenavi(); ?> into there and you should be done after you have done all of the styling
