Want someone to implement a video-section

Hi,

I got a small forum (phpBB3) and I want to make a kind of "mini-youtube" section.

This is what I want:

An "upload media" button where my users can upload media-files into a special folder on my server. The "upload media" possibility shall only be visible on certain sections of the forum.

The link after successful uploading must be automatic inserted in the post.

It's not about embedding media-files from external sites but embedding media-files from my own server, and that is what I'm asking for.

I can pay up to $50 for a nice job.

Without installing ffmpeg... they would have to upload videos in flv native format

No! The right player will be called from the server. If an .avi or an .mkv is uploaded the user has to have DivX Web Player installed.
