Hello,
Your Refund as been processed by the billing department. I Think you are in regular touch with one of the technical administrator. He might have mentioned the reason for the delay .

I can vouch for these guys and their service to the max, was getting 80-90MBps speed even in SBorg for FS downloads

now my vps is 2 hours offline
and only true support i know what is happed

As already mentioned on the live support. Network engineer was working on it . It will be done soon .
The live support member as just updated you that " We are updating the kernel of the main node and restarting the server " .
There was an issue on the Switch in the DC End . That caused the heavy packets loss and it was resolved by DC network engineer.

Your Abuse report was received in the Spam section . Which went unnoticed by the abuse department . After your reply we have requested DC Abuse department to unsuspend your IP

There is no provider in KWWH who covers 16hours a day live support , Even after you get immediate response on live support, you need to wait for some hours for their response on the issue. Replying in the sales thread would not do any good to provider or client. They are now the oldest stable provider in KWWH Since 2008 . As Many Providers came and gone, they are still here to provide best service.
