The plugin used on that site is SSTT2 - SEO SearchTermsTagging 2.. is no need for manual work... When somebody searches in google or other search engines the search term is automatically added to that cloud.

a lot of sites use this method, they add the title and then a bunch of filehosts after it so it can look from the search engine side that they have that product for those filehosts

e.g Download more "HOT 100 POP SONGS" from megaupload,filesonic,hotfile,rapidshare
