I agree, I see this theme used all the time. It's very basic unless you actually heavily modify it.

http://rlsscene.com = Scene Release ?? Surely it should be "Release Scene"
It's backwards.

No logo.
No favicon.
Tag cloud looks horrible
Categories are to ... hmmm whats the word, crammed ??

This is basically a complete BAD rip off of "http://www.1linkmovies.com". (so many similarities it's funny - not to mention all the references to "1link" lol)


That's just a few of my findings that I've found in under a minute of viewing your site.

you must not say its a rip,its a free theme

and theme looking good,as he said no need of two search forms.

change footer with some other thing as those all are already exists
