Simple reason for the sale is I have no time to manage this site and more over I want to get out of warez.

Traffic is low as there are no posts as I don't get time to upload to the site anymore and also haven't been submitting to DDLs. Ranked good in DDLs too if you want to submit to them. I worked really hard on the site for months. NO earnings as of now. Down time due to hosting issues.

I already mentioned the reason for it. It had more than 500UV. Lacks uploads so it is down there without any recent uploads.

Yes but daily uploads can just boost the traffic by huge amount. Reduced the bin according to your post. Hope to see someone buy it now.

Well I reckon I am not gonna get the price I want for the traffic on the website currently.

Reduced the BIN and also the BID price. Place your bids guys at least now. I want to get rid of this site as I am not able to manage it at all.
