You purchased our lowest plan, for most of the period you had the service. You used 10-20% of the totals system CPU, let me remind you that the system cost's at least around $300 each month. let me also remind you that boxslots plans cost a lot more then our plans, if you had no issue running your applications with them, You should go back to them.

You did a ticket after ordering asking your account to be deleted, so one of your staff members complied and deleted your account, minutes later you paid the invoice, I then saw what happened and emailed you about it asking you to reorder your product.
So that was your own fault asking for your account to be removed.
