Thank you for pointing this out chris.
It's hard to announce our plans with 2 currency's when the currency exchange rates change daily. The template used to post this thread was out of date.
If you check the 512MB plan, It said ?2.50. This was our old pricing structure before changing it from ?2.50 to ?3.50.
That explains why the pricing in USD was different on here then listed on our site.
The 4096 plan, was outdated due to currency exchange rates.

Could you PM me your IP Address, seems that the server is only getting 10% of the speed it should be getting.
Our configurations vary between packages, our linux VPS have I7-2600K CPU'S, our windows have the xeons.
We have a much bigger demand for Windows then linux, How ever we will be migrating the Linux VPS in the next couple of weeks to the same configuration as our Windows Nodes.

You purchased our lowest plan, for most of the period you had the service. You used 10-20% of the totals system CPU, let me remind you that the system cost's at least around $300 each month. let me also remind you that boxslots plans cost a lot more then our plans, if you had no issue running your applications with them, You should go back to them.

You did a ticket after ordering asking your account to be deleted, so one of your staff members complied and deleted your account, minutes later you paid the invoice, I then saw what happened and emailed you about it asking you to reorder your product.
So that was your own fault asking for your account to be removed.

I've used 8-10% of ONE cpu core (According to Windows Task Manager). and defintley not 10-20% of a Dual QuadCore Server.
You did a ticket after ordering asking your account to be deleted, so one of your staff members complied and deleted your account, minutes later you paid the invoice, I then saw what happened and emailed you about it asking you to reorder your product.
So that was your own fault asking for your account to be removed.
