How to use different descriptions?

Hello my friends,

Maybe someone can help me solve a problem, I'm tired to think in a solution...

I have an wordpress blog and I installed the Facebook share button that is working fine!

Now I want to share my posts in my Facebook page, and for that I share the post link in my Facebook page wall.*

But I want to have an different and fixed description when I share the link in my Facebook page wall. And appears the same description as the share button in my wordpress blog.*

Well, I think that this is normal right?
But I found some websites owners that are using what I want.*

Take a look for example here:

Blog:*http://www.tabonito.pt
Facebook page:*http://www.facebook.com/tabonitofas?sk=wall

You can test if you want the share button in their blog, and you will see that they are using different descriptions...

But how???

The description is taken from the description meta tag on whatever page you share.

Yes I know, but how can they use an different description in same post?
That is what I don't understand...
