Need offshore shared hosting with Decaptcher support

Hello,

I have a streaming television site that makes use of the popular captcha solving site Decaptcher.com. In order for my website to use Decaptcher, it needs to connect to an API, and in order for that to happen I need to have a port opened.

I have contacted several shared offshore hosting providers about opening said port for me (26118), and they have all refused. I can not afford a VPS or dedi at the moment, so I was wondering if anyone knew of a hosting provider that supported Decaptcher.com?

Ask Raymond or ShareShiz who they use...as they also use tvstream

I dont remember having to ask the host to do anything special..they just had to have ioncube enabled.
