This seems to be pretty useless. There is hardly anyone who deals with such large single transactions. It would be great when RBI would intimate Paypal to allow Indian users to send payments from their Paypal balance.

So the receiving limitation of $500 has jumped to $3000. Good F**kn News..

But this is not a good news for me. What i wanted that Paypal should allow us to send money to other paypal users without using CC and we can keep money more than a week..Damn when RBI is gonna give this freedom to us...

All swiss bank users from india whom RBI is supporting you guys..I don't think if indian govt will ever be able to get your blackmoney cuz indian govt is also a culprit in this..so forget about it...
