Why all filehosting pays more to Downloads from Usa,Europe,etc?

Hi everybody, i'm wondering this: Why all the filehostings have high ratings to American, european,etc (pays so much for downloads from there), and..latinoamerican countries have a low rating (pays few..to latinoamerican). It's not fear (in my opinion). Usually, the latinoamerican people that uploads files, don't use rapidleech or something like that. I like to answer this topic the filehosting admins.. THanks

Coz ppls from the mentioned countried , buys more stuff with there CC than others .
and that what filehosts , ads companies care about .

Well, USA and other high paid countries have good traffic who pay and purchase very well. They are more interested in buying the premium accounts rather than wasting their time waiting. Caz they know Time is money

Me, for example: I'm Chilean, i begin upload files in 2005 only a 1 website in Chile. (i don't like spamers,copypasters,bots,etc). It's not fear (in my opinion), that filehostings have low rating to latinoamerican (in PPD). Thanks for answer guys

Several long threads on this. India, Vietnam, ect don't buy as much.
